I completed my Bachelor of Commerce Degree and Bachelor of Law degree from Bangalore University.

I started general practice of law in 1996.  My Initial practice with Advocate N B Advani.  The chambers of Late N B Advani, has given me both professionally and ethical practice.  Advocate N B Advani, a renowned Senior Advocate of Bombay, Maharashtra represented trade unions, individuals against local authorities.   I was closely associated with his team with his leadership I gained 6 years' experience in several important cases especially in the field of Civil Law, Consumer Law, Labour Law & Family Law at Courts and at chambers.

 

I am High Court Lawyer since 1996 and have been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired over 25 years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

I have served as empanelled Advocate for Karnataka State Legal Service Authority, Bangalore District Legal Service Authority Urban & Rural since 2003 onwards.    Conciliator for Lok- Adalath- pending litigation, Banks, Pvt Companies – pre litigation cases.

I have been in practice in various branches of law- has appeared for and advised various institutions- Companies, Insurance Sector- Public Sector Undertakings, Corporations & Boards.

I worked as Honorary Member – Legal Advisor- NGO’s – Guild of Women Achievers, Souhardha Family Counselling Centre, Prakruti Mahila Samaj, Mahila Dakshita Samiti Family counselling Centre & Short Stay Home, Bangalore [unit of Vanitha Sahyavani – attached to Commissioner of Police]. SOS Children’s  Village Bangalore.

Presently, I am extending my legal service to Mahila Dakshita Samiti Family counselling Centre & Short Stay Home, Bangalore Swadhar Garh recognised by Department of Women and Child as Legal Advisor.   SOS Children’s Village, Bangalore  NGO International Organisation as Legal Advisor and South Zone CPT member for 9 villages SOS Children village- NGO international Organisation. I am resource person at National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, at NIPCCD, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. Of India, Southern regional centre,  Bengaluru.

I had for a brief time, worked with MNC as Resource person at Aquarelle India Pvt. Ltd., Shai Exports, CMG IT Enables Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, Kenna Metal for legal education in new enactments and branch of Law- cyber Law- Work place Sexual Harassment Act.
